Imaginamos que con galletas Trit\u00f3n debe quedar similar.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed ofrecemos una variante que s\u00ed va al horno y es m\u00e1s s\u00f3lida. Pru\u00e9benlas y cu\u00e9ntennos qu\u00e9 opinan.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>30 galletas Oreo<\/li>\n<li>200 grs. queso crema<\/li>\n<li>100 ml. crema de leche<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de az\u00facar blanca<\/li>\n<li>50 grs. de mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>2 huevos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Moler 24 galletas en la procesadora de alimentos hasta que quede como arena gruesa. Mezclar bien con la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente. Cubrir el fondo de un molde que pueda ir al horno, de unos 25 cm. de di\u00e1metro.<\/p>\n<p>Aparte, batir el queso crema, az\u00facar, crema y huevos hasta obtener una crema homog\u00e9nea.
