Tiene una marcada similitud con la\u00a0<em>muqueca<\/em>\u00a0bahiana y los <em>curries<\/em> de la cocina Thai.<\/p>\n<p>El pescado se marina con sal, lim\u00f3n y c\u00farcuma unos minutos y luego se fr\u00ede y se reserva. Se prepara el t\u00edpico sofrito de cocina india (cebolla, jengibre y ajo) y luego se a\u00f1aden la leche de coco y especias. Finalmente se agrega el pescado previamente frito, y se le da el hervor final.<\/p>\n<p>Es delicioso.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>500 grs. de pescado firme. Revolvemos bien y a\u00f1adimos el laurel, vinagre y una taza de agua.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando hierve, a\u00f1adimos la leche de coco y bajamos el fuego. Cuando comienza a hervir, a\u00f1adimos el pescado y cocinamos a fuego bajo unos 3 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>El <em>molee<\/em> est\u00e1 listo.<\/p>\n<p>Usualmente se sirve con arroz.<\/p>\n<figure
