Proviene\u00a0del sudeste asiatico (Tailandia o Indonesia).<\/p>\n<p class=\"destacado\">T\u00e9cnicamente la cosa importante es la salsa, de man\u00ed, coco y curry. Por supuesto la salsa se puede utilizar para casi cualquier cosa (pru\u00e9benla con arroz)<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 pechugas de pollo limpias<\/li>\n<li>100 grs. de man\u00ed tostado sin sal<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de leche de coco<\/li>\n<li>2 cebollines<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de salsa de soya<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de curry<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de comino molido<\/li>\n<li>1 aj\u00ed rojo picado<\/li>\n<li>Jugo de 1\/2 lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Cortar el pollo en tiras largas y marinar en la mitad de la salsa de soya y el jugo de lim\u00f3n por un par de horas.<\/p>\n<p>En una procesadora de alimentos moler juntos todos los ingredientes restantes menos la leche de coco. En una sart\u00e9n fre\u00edr la mezcla molida unos 2 minutos y agregar la leche de coco. Revolver a fuego medio hasta que espese.<\/p>\n<p>Ensartar el pollo en brochetas (a lo largo) y asar en la parrilla hasta que est\u00e9 hecho.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_8223\"
