Tiene otro car\u00e1cter que la salsa comercial o la salsa hecha con tomates de tarro, que es buen\u00edsima tambi\u00e9n. Cuando est\u00e9 comenzando a tostarse, a\u00f1adir el tomate picado. Si se quiere pelar el tomate antes de picarlo, adelante.
