Como siempre, conviene tostar las caras internas antes de armar para que resista los l\u00edquidos y para mejorar la textura<\/p>\n<h3>La Hamburguesa<\/h3>\n<p>La hamburguesa que nosotros estamos usando es una hamburguesa que s\u00f3lo contiene carne molida, de aprox. 10% de grasa, sal y pimienta. Podr\u00edamos ponernos creativos y preparar las hamburguesas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/etiqueta\/sous-vide\/\"><em>sous vide<\/em><\/a> y luego congelarlas y sellarlas, pero si bien es entretenidisimo, no es necesario.<\/p>\n<h3>La Pizza<\/h3>\n<p>La masa aqu\u00ed no corre, pero s\u00ed corre el queso, la salsa, quiz\u00e1 jam\u00f3n, quiz\u00e1 pepperoni, y por supuesto or\u00e9gano. Ya mencionamos que puede ir arriba, abajo o en ambos lados.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La ventaja de que s\u00f3lo vaya adentro el componente de pizza es que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/histria-del-sandwich-ii-el-conde-de-sandwich\/\">el sandwich se mantiene fiel al espiritu de su (re) inventor<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>La ventaja de la hamburpizza con el queso y otros elementos de pizza por fuera son\u00a0 por un lado visuales, y por otro lado, nunca hay suficiente queso, pero s\u00ed requiere cuchillo y tenedor para su consumo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>El Armado de la Hamburpizza<\/h3>\n<p>Para armar tenemos dos temas, sobre todo si va con queso adentro y afuera. Esos temas tienen que ver con el derretimiento adecuado del queso en ambos niveles.
