Es poco (o nada) picante, dependiendo de la psicopat\u00eda del cocinero o el masoquismo de los comensales, por supuesto.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.duarte.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/roganjosh.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-528\" title=\"roganjosh\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.duarte.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/roganjosh.jpg?resize=400%2C300\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>Se prepara de la siguiente forma:<br \/>\nIngredientes<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>500 grs. de cordero (o posta rosada), en cubitos de aprox. 2 cm. por lado.<\/li>\n<li>2 cebollas en cubitos<\/li>\n<li>3 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n<li>1 trozo de unos 5cm. de jengibre<\/li>\n<li>200 ml. salsa de tomates<\/li>\n<li>1 yoghurt sin sabor<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de c\u00farcuma<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de comino<\/li>\n<li>3 vainas de cardamomo (s\u00f3lo las semillas)<\/li>\n<li>2 palitos de canela<\/li>\n<li>Hojas de menta o cilantro, bien picadas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Se muelen y tuestan las especias.<\/p>\n<p>Se marina la carne en una cucharada de las especias y dos cucharadas de yoghurt.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.duarte.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/P1180962.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-544\" a\u00f1ade la carne y se dora.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.duarte.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/P1180963.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a>Posteriormente, se reserva la carne y se fr\u00ede la cebolla junto con las especias tostadas.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.duarte.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/P1180960.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-542\" y luego el yoghurt de a cucharadas, dejando reducir un poco entre cada cucharada.<\/p>\n<p>Luego, se a\u00f1ade la salsa de tomates, se deja hervir unos 5 minutos sin dejar de revolver.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.duarte.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/P1180967.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-543\" vuelve a hervir se tapa la olla y se deja a fuego muy bajo aproximadamente una hora (un tostador bajo la olla ayuda), revlviendo con frecuencia para que no se pegue.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando est\u00e1 listo (la carne bien cocida y blanda, y la salsa reducida) se saca del fuego y se le agrega el cilantro o la menta picados.<\/p>\n<p>Acompa\u00f1ar con arroz o pan.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_8444\"
