Esta receta es muy interesante ya que la masa es muy similar a la <a href=\"https:\/\/loquecomemos.com\/pate-a-choux-masa-bomba\/\">pasta <em>choux<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>150g harina de ma\u00edz blanco<\/li>\n<li>225g harina de trigo<\/li>\n<li>15g manteca de chancho o mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>10 huevos grandes<\/li>\n<li>3g sal<\/li>\n<li>4g polvos de hornear<\/li>\n<li>1L agua<\/li>\n<li>4g an\u00eds espa\u00f1ol<\/li>\n<li>Aceite suficiente para fre\u00edr al que se le adiciona 1cda manteca de chancho<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Procedimiento<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Mezclar y cernir las harinas<\/li>\n<li>En una olla hervir agua, sal y manteca<\/li>\n<li>Cuando hiervan, a\u00f1adir las harinas de un golpe<\/li>\n<li>Revolver con cuchara de madera hasta que espese y la masa se aparte de los bordes de la olla<\/li>\n<li>Retirar del calor y verter la masa en un bowl. Dejar que se enfr\u00ede un poco y a\u00f1adir los huevos de a uno, batiendo hasta emulsionar despu\u00e9s de cada adici\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir polvo de hornear y an\u00eds<\/li>\n<li>Fre\u00edr cucharadas de la masa a 190\u00b0C.
