Hornear una hora a 150\u00baC<\/p>\n<p>Mientras el pie se hornea, preparamos el <em>ganache<\/em> de chocolate blanco con 100 grs. de chocolate blanco y 50 ml. de crema. Simplemente calentamos la crema, y luego la sacamos del fuego y le agregamos el chocolate blanco en trocitos, batiendo bien hasta homogeneizar. Dejamos enfriar, primero a temperatura ambiente y luego en el refrigerador.<\/p>\n<p>Sacamos el <em>cheesecake<\/em> del horno y lo dejamos enfriar.
