A fines del siglo XIX en un hotel \u2013el Hotel Tatin\u2013 una de las cocineras carameliz\u00f3 las manzanas mucho tiempo, y sirvi\u00f3 la tarta de todas maneras. Naci\u00f3 un cl\u00e1sico.<\/p>\n<p>La <em>Tarte Tatin<\/em> es una tarta de manzanas caramelizadas en az\u00facar y mantequilla, sobre las que se pone la masa, y se hornea.<\/p>\n<p>Nos encanta la de masa quebrada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Pelar, partir en mitades y descorazonar las manzanas.<\/p>\n<p>Poner en una sart\u00e9n con el az\u00facar y la
