Consiste, en su expresi\u00f3n m\u00e1s simple, en carne picada, cebolla frita, papas fritas y huevo.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El huevo puede ser frito o revuelto, y la carne puede ser acompa\u00f1ada de salchicha o chorizo en rodajas. No siquiera hay acuerdo en\u00a0que sea un gentilicio. Lo que s\u00ed es visible, es que es una suerte de <strong>bistec a lo pobre<\/strong> redistribuido, con la carne picada en vez de en un bistec \u00bfhabr\u00e1 sido una forma de abaratar costos?<\/p>\n<p>La versi\u00f3n a continuaci\u00f3n es nuestro aporte al desaf\u00edo del mes de abril del <a title=\"BRBC\" href=\"http:\/\/buscadorderecetaschilenas.blogspot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">buscador de recetas en blogs chilenos<\/a>, que versa, precisamente, sobre comida chilena.<\/p>\n<p>Esta receta da para tres personas comedidas\u00a0o 2 con hambre.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>200 grs. de filete de vacuno picado en cubitos de unos 3cm. de arista<\/li>\n<li>4 papas grandes<\/li>\n<li>2 cebollas cortadas en pluma<\/li>\n<li>1 o 2 huevos por persona, seg\u00fan se prefiera<\/li>\n<li>Sal y pimienta (o merk\u00e9n) a gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>En la chorrillana todo va frito.<\/p>\n<p>Con las papas de preparan papas fritas. Se pelan, se cortan y se fr\u00eden.<\/p>\n<p>La carne se fr\u00ede en poco aceite en una sart\u00e9n que ya est\u00e9 caliente para que se dore (las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/las-reacciones-de-maillard-en-la-cocina\/\">reacciones de Maillard<\/a> son nuestras amigas).<\/p>\n<p>Una vez lista la carne, se reserva y se fr\u00ede la cebolla
