Es s\u00f3lido y se derrite a temperaturas m\u00e1s altas que otros chocolates locales. Es menos dulce que otros chocolates de 72% y por lo mismo el amargo se siente m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Es un chocolate para gente a la que le gusta el chocolate amargo en serio, entre quienes lo probamos hubo quien lo encontr\u00f3 muy fuerte, pero entre los que que nos gusta el chocolate amargo, fue un descubrimiento. Cosa de gustos, por supuesto.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n vimos un Valdivian 52% que vamos a catar pr\u00f3ximamente.<\/p>\n<p>Nos encant\u00f3 este chocolate.
