Carne de cerdo marinada, rebozada y frita, cubierto con <a title=\"Salsa Agridulce China, mal llamada Salsa de Tamarindo en Chile\" href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/salsa-agridulce-china-mal-llamada-salsa-de-tamarindo-en-chile\/\">salsa agridulce<\/a>. El procedimiento es quiz\u00e1 un poco largo, por la fritura del chancho, pero el resultado bien vale la pena.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a la siguiente forma:<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>500 grs, de pulpa de cerdo, sin grasa, cortada en cubitos de unos 3cm. de arista<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 taza de salsa de soya<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de jengibre rallado<\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo picado finamente<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 taza de maicena<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de harina<\/li>\n<li>2 huevos<\/li>\n<li>Aceite para fre\u00edr<\/li>\n<li>Ceboll\u00edn o pimiento, si se desea.<\/li>\n<li>Salsa agridulce a gusto. <a title=\"Salsa Agridulce China, mal llamada Salsa de Tamarindo en Chile\" href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/salsa-agridulce-china-mal-llamada-salsa-de-tamarindo-en-chile\/\">Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 la receta<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Marinar el cerdo unos 30 minutos en la soya, jengibre y ajo.<\/p>\n<p>mezclar harina, maicena y huevo batido, agregando agua hasta obtener un batido espeso pero no demasiado.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5472\"
