Queda un pan de forma muy atractiva y que se puede ir sacando y comiendo con la mano.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3 tazas de harina sin polvos<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de levadura<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 taza de leche tibia<\/li>\n<li>1 huevo<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza + 1 cucharadita de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>100 grs. de mantequilla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para el chocolate<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>70 grs. de chocolate amargo, molido<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>Opcionalmente, 1\/2 cucharadita de especias dulces molidas (canela, clavo, nuez moscada, pimienta dulce)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>En la leche tibia disolver la levadura y la cucharadita de az\u00facar. Dejar reposar hasta ver espuma.<\/p>\n<p>Mezclar con el huevo batido y la mantequilla derretida tibia.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adir la harina y el az\u00facar.<\/p>\n<p>Amasar, ya sea a mano o en m\u00e1quina hasta obtener una masa homog\u00e9nea y trabajable.<\/p>\n<p>Dejar leudar 1 hora en lugar tibio.<\/p>\n<p>Volver a amasar y formar un rect\u00e1ngulo de unos 5mm. de altura.<\/p>\n<p>Mezclar el chocolate con el az\u00facar y las especias, si se quiere.<\/p>\n<p>Pincelar la masa con un poco de mantequilla derretida y verter el relleno sobre la masa, reparti\u00e9ndolo homog\u00e9neamente.<\/p>\n<p>Enrollar con cuidado y dejar reposar 30 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Cortar tajadas de 1,5 cm. de espesor y poner en un molde de pan de molde aceitado y enharinado.<\/p>\n<figure
