Nos gusta la imagen que tienen, nos encanta la atenci\u00f3n en sus tiendas, nos gusta mucho <a title=\"Twitter de Rep\u00fablica del Cacao\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RepdelCacao\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">el tono y la conversaci\u00f3n que tienen en twitter<\/a>, y s\u00f3lo nos faltaba probar el chocolate; que cuesta el doble que los otros chocolates disponibles aqu\u00ed en Ecuador. La idea es averiguar si ese precio extra corresponde a una diferencia en calidad.<!--more-->La gr\u00e1fica de la barra y el papel tienen una textura agradable y rugosa que preferimos a los papeles brillantes. La caja dice que el 10% del valor de la barra va directamente de vuelta a la comunidad y que hay m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n adentro\u2026 pero adentro est\u00e1n solamente la barra de chocolate y un certificado de autenticidad. Amargo sin exceso, dulce sin exceso, suave sin derretirse al contacto con las manos. Realmente nos gust\u00f3 mucho. De hecho, fue un esfuerzo no comernos todo el chocolate porque decidimos guardar la mitad para repetir un <a title=\"Pan de Chocolate\" href=\"https:\/\/www.loquecomemos.com\/pan-de-chocolate\/\">pan de chocolate<\/a> que nos encant\u00f3, y que creemos que con este chocolate quedar\u00e1 a\u00fan mejor.<\/p>\n<p>A diferencia de otros chocolates que hemos probado, que tienen un dejo a az\u00facar quemada, o a caf\u00e9 o a vanilla, este tiene s\u00f3lo gusto a chocolate, puro chocolate, fuertemente chocolate. Nos gustan los aromas de caf\u00e9 y vainilla (no as\u00ed el de az\u00facar quemada) pero este chocolate puro est\u00e1 excelente.<\/p>\n<p>Otra cosa que nos encant\u00f3 es el car\u00e1cter del amargor, que nos recuerda agradablemente al amargor de las aceitunas moradas. Llama tambi\u00e9n a cocinar, y de eso esperamos contarles pronto.<\/p>\n<p>No tenemos claro a\u00fan que se justifique el hecho de que cueste alrededor del\u00a0doble que otras marcas, pero podemos entenderlo en el caso de que sea para hacer regalos. De hecho, tienen unas cajas para regalo con diversas variedades de chocolate que son realmente hermosas y tentadoras, pero esa es otra historia.<\/p>\n<p>Muy buen chocolate.<\/p>\n<h3>Actualizaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Nos escribieron desde Rep\u00fablica del Cacao y nos enviaron los textos que faltaron en nuestra barra de chocolate. Al parecer hubo un error y salieron algunos chocolates sin las tarjetas en que se explica la actividad comunitaria con la gente de Vinces.
