En las fotos mostramos unas <a title=\"Curry de Koftas\" href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/curry-de-koftas\/\">koftas<\/a> de carne en <em>Makhani Masala<\/em>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Se puede tener la base de este masala congelado y preparar platos indios muy r\u00e1pidamente en caso de antojos o visitas inesperadas. Veamos c\u00f3mo se prepara.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>50 grs. de mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>1 palito de canela<\/li>\n<li>6 vainas de cardamomo \u2013 s\u00f3lo las semillas<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de semillas de <a title=\"la Alholva o Fenogreco (Triticum Foenum Grecum)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/la-alholva-fenogreco-triticum-foenum-grecum\/\">alholva<\/a>\u00a0(tambi\u00e9n conocida como fenogreco)<\/li>\n<li>4 dientes de ajo picados finamente<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas de jengibre fresco rallado<\/li>\n<li>400 ml. de pur\u00e9 de tomate<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas de hojas secas de alholva<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de crema de leche<\/li>\n<li>sal a gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>derretir la mantequilla en una olla y a\u00f1adir canela, semillas de cardamomo y alholva. Hay que tener cuidado con sobrefre\u00edr las semillas de alholva porque se ponen amargas. A\u00f1adir ajo y jengibre. Cuando el ajo comience a oscurecerse, a\u00f1adir el pur\u00e9 de tomate y las hojas de alholva. Cocer a fuego lento hasta que se reduzca y se separe la mantequilla de la salsa. <strong>En este punto es cuando la salsa se puede congelar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adir la crema y corregir la sal.
