Es nuestra nueva masa favorita.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El relleno son seis manzanas \u00e1cidas peladas, descorazonadas, laminadas y caramelizadas en az\u00facar y mantequilla, similar a la t<a title=\"Tarte Tatin: Tarta de Manzanas al rev\u00e9s\" href=\"http:\/\/www.loquecomemos.com\/tarte-tatin-tarta-de-manzanas-al-reves\/\">arte tatin<\/a>, pero en l\u00e1minas finas.<\/p>\n<p>Lo entretenido de las <em>galettes<\/em> es que en rigor ni siquiera necesitan molde. Basta con doblar la masa sobre s\u00ed misma y se crea una tarta autosoportante.
