Lo \u00fanico dif\u00edcil es la espera.<\/p>\n<p>Se preparan as\u00ed:<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>200 grs. de nueces en mitades o en trozos<\/li>\n<li>200grs. de galletas de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>1 tarro de leche condensada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>En una procesadora de alimentos moler las nueces y las galletas hasta obtener un polvo fino.<\/p>\n<p>En una olla mezclar la leche condensada con las nueces y galletas molidas y calentar a fuego medio sin dejar de revolver hasta que la mezcla comience a despegarse de las paredes de la olla.<\/p>\n<p>Dejar enfriar, y una vez que est\u00e9 fr\u00edo, moldear. En las fotos el mazap\u00e1n est\u00e1 moldeado en forma de bolitas, pero es m\u00e1s com\u00fan hacer tronquitos de unos 5cm. de di\u00e1metro por unos 20 de largo. Si se hacen tronquitos, envolver en papel mantequilla y dejar secar unas tres semanas.
