En franc\u00e9s y otros idiomas \u2014como el nuestro\u2014 se llama canela, de <em>cannelle<\/em> (ca\u00f1ita) por la forma enrollada en que se vende su corteza.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>No confundir con la Casia, que es un pariente cercano, de corteza m\u00e1s gruesa, color m\u00e1s oscuro y sabor m\u00e1s penetrante.
