Es una receta india vegetariana (vegana en las versiones sin crema).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Es un plato muy econ\u00f3mico y vers\u00e1til. Como an\u00e9cdota les podemos contar que en tiempos de vacas muy flacas en el pasado hemos reemplazado las espinacas por ortigas que crec\u00edan a la vera del camino (y la crema por leche), y anduvo muy, muy bien tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>El <em>Aloo Palak<\/em>\u00a0se prepara as\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>300 grs. hojas de espinaca limpias<\/li>\n<li>150 grs. papas (pensemos en que las papas son la mitad de las espinacas) picadas en cubitos. Aqu\u00ed no las pelamos pero es cosa de gustos.<\/li>\n<li>4 cucharadas de aceite<\/li>\n<li>2 cebollas medianas picadas en cubitos<\/li>\n<li>2 dientes de ajo picados<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de jengibre fresco picado<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de semillas de mostaza<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de comino molido<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de nuez moscada<\/li>\n<li>Aj\u00ed a gusto<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta negra a gusto<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de sal y m\u00e1s seg\u00fan gusto<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de crema<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Moler las espinacas en la procesadora de alimentos, con la m\u00ednima cantidad de agua posible. Reservar.<\/p>\n<p>Fre\u00edr las papas en aceite hasta que comiencen a dorarse. A\u00f1adir las semillas de mostaza y fre\u00edr revolviendo hasta que comiencen a estallar. A\u00f1adir la cebolla a las papas y fre\u00edr, revolviendo hasta que est\u00e9n transparentes. Luego a\u00f1adir ajo y jengibre y fre\u00edr un par de minutos. Agregar comino, nuez moscada, aj\u00ed y pimienta y revolver un minuto m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Agregar las espinacas y revolver hasta que se haya evaporado el agua. En ese momento est\u00e1 listo el Aloo Palak.
