Es la misma masa de los chapatis (otro pan indio) en la que se reemplaza parte de la harina por harina integral, con un relleno compuesto por Paneer (queso), cilantro, aj\u00ed verde y especias.<\/p>\n<p>Veamos como se prepara.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 taza de harina de trigo<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de harina integral<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 de taza de agua tibia<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de aceite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para el relleno<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 gramos de <em>paneer<\/em> o queso duro que no se derrita<\/li>\n<li>1 aj\u00ed verde picado finamente<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas de cilantro picado<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de <a title=\"Receta de Garam Masala\" href=\"http:\/\/le-fort.org\/receta-de-garam-masala\/\">Garam Masala<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Moler bien el <em>paneer<\/em> o equivalente y mezclar con los otros formar bolitas de unos 5 cm. de di\u00e1metro.<\/p>\n<p>Uslerear bien una de estas bolitas formando un disco no muy delgado y poner una cucharada de relleno en el centro.<\/p>\n<figure superior sobre si misma hasta que se corte, formando una esfera de masa rellena. Es una t\u00e9cnica similar a la de los <a title=\"Khasta Kachori: Bocaditos Fritos de Masa y Porotos Mung\" cuidando de que el relleno no se salga, hasta formar un disco delgado.<\/p>\n<p>Fre\u00edmos posteriormente estos discos en aceite caliente, dando vuelta despu\u00e9s de un par de minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Podemos comer los p<em>arathas<\/em> directamente, con <em>raita<\/em>, <a title=\"Chutney de Zanahoria\" href=\"https:\/\/www.loquecomemos.com\/chutney-de-zanahoria\/\"><em>chutney<\/em> <\/a>o lo que nos dicte el entendimiento.<\/p>\n<p><a
