{"id":57,"date":"2011-07-19T17:35:10","date_gmt":"2011-07-19T21:35:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.duarte.cl\/?p=54"},"modified":"2016-01-19T11:02:55","modified_gmt":"2016-01-19T16:02:55","slug":"chicharron-de-pescado-y-mixto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/cocina\/chicharron-de-pescado-y-mixto\/","title":{"rendered":"Chicharr\u00f3n de pescado (y mixto)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Otro cuasidescubrimiento en nuestro viaje han sido los chicharrones de pescado y mixto.<\/p>\n<p>En este caso son trocitos de pescado o pescado, calamar, camarones y otros mariscos que han sido apanados y fritos.<\/p>\n<p>Creemos que nunca m\u00e1s comeremos pescado frito y lo reemplazaremos por chicharrones.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.duarte.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/MG_6895-1.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-55\" title=\"Chicharr\u00f3n\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.duarte.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/MG_6895-1-300x200.jpg?resize=300%2C200\" alt=\"Chicharr\u00f3n\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><!--more-->Hemos comido casi tanto chicharr\u00f3n como ceviche, lo que no es poco decir, sobre todo en Zorritos, donde hemos probado de pescado, mixto y de ostras. A m\u00ed no me gustan las ostras pero es indiscutible que mejoran mucho en chicharr\u00f3n con respecto al ceviche de ostras.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Receta de chicharr\u00f3n de pescado\" href=\"http:\/\/es.wikihow.com\/preparar-chicharr%C3%B3n-de-pescado\">Aqu\u00ed hay una receta de chicharr\u00f3n de pescado<\/a>. Se corta el pescado en trozos peque\u00f1os (3&#215;1 cm.) se pasar por un batido de huevo y leche y luego se pasa por qu\u00ednoa (en la receta del enlace) o por una mezcla de harina y maicena. Finalmente se fr\u00ede. Otras versiones lo maceran brevemente en salsa de soya y jugo de lim\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed en Zorritos se sirve con cebolla morada y chifles de pl\u00e1tano o yuca fritos, adem\u00e1s de ketchup, mayonesa y aj\u00ed. En los restaurantes peruanos de Santiago lo he probado acompa\u00f1ado s\u00f3lo con salsa t\u00e1rtara.
