Amamos tambi\u00e9n este flan de leche evaporada.<\/p>\n<p>Esta es una variante hecha con leche evaporada (leche Ideal, le dicen, tambien) y fue un \u00e9xito resonante con los comensales. Apenas alcanzamos a fotografiarla antes de que desapareciera. Quiza la gracia de este flan radica en ese sabor a leche m\u00e1s concentrado que tiene la leche evaporada, y a ese leve <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/las-reacciones-de-maillard-en-la-cocina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Maillard<\/a> que sucede al evaporarla. Por favor notad que es con burbujitas.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La receta es muy simple.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes del Flan de leche evaporada<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>100gr de az\u00facar granulada, para acaramelar el molde<\/li>\n<li>125gr de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>6 huevos<\/li>\n<li>2 latas de 400gr de leche evaporada<\/li>\n<li>5ml de esencia de vainilla, ron u otra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Procedimiento<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Acaramelar un molde que pueda ir al fuego con los 100gr de az\u00facar granulada.<strong> Con cuidado, que las quemaduras de caramelo no son un chiste<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>En un bol batir el resto del az\u00facar, los huevos, dos tarros de leche evaporada y esencias a elecci\u00f3n (vainilla, ron, canela, naranja, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Verter la mezcla en el molde acaramelado y hornear a 150 \u00b0C por una hora o hasta que est\u00e9 cuajado.<\/li>\n<li>Dejar enfriar (o al menos entibiar) y servir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Es una receta realmente simple y es muy buena. Quiz\u00e1 la parte m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil es tener la fuerza de voluntad para permitir que se enfr\u00ede.<\/p>\n<p>Hay tambi\u00e9n variantes con leche condensada, pero nosotros preferimos esta.
