El ceviche de camarones es una especialidad ecuatoriana (es un plato t\u00edpico de la gastronom\u00eda de la provincia de Santa Elena), y como casi siempre, no existe una receta can\u00f3nica. Reservar.<\/li>\n<li>Se lava 3 veces la cebolla morada cortada en pluma en agua fr\u00eda. Se escurre bien y se congela unoa 20 minutos en una bolsa herm\u00e9tica.<\/li>\n<li>En una licuadora se ponen los tomates pelados y trozados, la mitad del cilantro picado finamente y la cebolla blanca escurrida. A\u00f1adir el aceite a la licuadora y licuar hasta obtener una emulsi\u00f3n homog\u00e9nea.<\/li>\n<li>Verter la emulsi\u00f3n en un bol grande y a\u00f1adir el jugo de naranja y los camarones. Dejar reposar 10 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Sacamos la cebolla morada del\u00a0congelador, la lavamos una \u00faltima vez y la incorporamos en el ceviche.<\/li>\n<li>Para servir, agregamos cilantro picado a gusto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En la mesa es costumbre poner ketchup y mostaza.
