La amasamos bien (amasar 100 veces es una buena idea) y la dejamos reposar un rato, pero no m\u00e1s de un par de horas.<\/p>\n<h3>La pizza en forma de coraz\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Uno de los \u00e9xitos del 2014 fue la pizza en forma de coraz\u00f3n, obra de nuestra gerente de marketing extraoficial, tambi\u00e9n conocida como la beba. Afortunadamente esto siempre fue en pizzas de consumo interno y no en las que vendimos. Hemos estado adaptados al gusto local de pizzas muy simples \u2013lo que es bueno\u2013 pero hemos jugado poco. A ver si retomamos esas pizzas experimentales de camembert con manzana acaramelada y raspado de pezu\u00f1a de unicornio dalt\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n<p>Fue un buen a\u00f1o de pizzas.
