De ah\u00ed vienen las <em>baguettes<\/em> con toda autoridad.<\/p>\n<p>La verdad, el <em>Banh Mi<\/em> es en cierta forma como el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/sandwich-de-chola\/\">s\u00e1ndwich de Chola<\/a> Boliviano: prote\u00edna animal (usualmente cerdo), zanahoria y nabo encurtido, cilantro, tajadas de aj\u00ed, mayonesa y salsa de soya.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En casa hicimos una primera aproximaci\u00f3n con pollo en vez de cerdo y no qued\u00f3 nada de mal.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-618\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.le-fort.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/2013-01-29_15-26-03_940.jpg?resize=480%2C640&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"2013-01-29_15-26-03_940\" width=\"480\" height=\"640\" \/> <img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-619\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.le-fort.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/2013-01-29_15-26-12_498.jpg?resize=640%2C480&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"2013-01-29_15-26-12_498\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Para la pr\u00f3xima iteraci\u00f3n procede:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 14px;\">Tostar un poco la <em>baguette<\/em>.
