Como parte de esa eterna b\u00fasqueda a veces suceden cosas interesantes.<\/p>\n<p>Ayer preparamos algo dulce para una visita que no lleg\u00f3. A\u00f1adamos la harina y la yema, y luego vamos trabajando la masa, a\u00f1adiendo agua de a poco s\u00f3lo hasta que la masa se incorpore. Una vez incorporada, dej\u00e9mosla enfriar unos minutos en el refrigerador.<\/p>\n<p>Cubramos la base y las paredes de un molde de pie de unos 25 cm. de di\u00e1metro (previamente aceitado) con la masa y congel\u00e9moslo unos 20 minutos. Luego llev\u00e9moslo a horno a 180\u00baC por 20 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras se hornea la masa, preparemos el relleno. Batamos las 4 claras a nieve, reservando las yemas. Cuando est\u00e9n firmes, mezclemos las yemas con la leche condensada e incorpor\u00e9moslas suavemente en las claras a nieve. Finalmente agreguemos el jugo de lim\u00f3n y asegur\u00e9monos de que el relleno est\u00e1 bien homog\u00e9neo.<\/p>\n<p>Luego vertimos el reelleno sobre la masa previamente horneada y volvemos al horno por unos 30 minutos a 150\u00baC.
