Es un turr\u00f3n (halva griego) de man\u00ed con az\u00facar de origen argentino que llegaba frecuentemente a Chile. Es muy bueno, muy cal\u00f3rico, y tiene la ventaja a\u00f1adida de ser vegano.<!--more--> La marca Mantecol fue comprada por Cadbury en 2001, por lo que ahora la versi\u00f3n &#8220;original&#8221; de Georgalos se vende bajo el nombre de <strong>Nucrem<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Hay una serie de recetas de Mantecol dando vueltas por la internet. La primera versi\u00f3n que hicimos fue con un turr\u00f3n de claras y alm\u00edbar y qued\u00f3 muy rica, pero no ten\u00eda esa estructura propia del Mantecol.<\/p>\n<p>La segunda iteraci\u00f3n, que es buen\u00edsima, es es <a href=\"http:\/\/decoraciondemabel.blogspot.com\/2012\/05\/halva-de-cacahuetes-mantecol-de-mani.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">una adaptaci\u00f3n de esta en una olla hasta obtener el punto de bola dura, cuando comience a adoptar color caramelo (130\u00baC).<\/p>\n<p>Lo dejamos enfriar un poco y lo pasamos a la batidora, donde batimos hasta que se Si encuentras hebras grandes, ret\u00edralas a mano.<\/p>\n<p>El siguiente paso es &#8220;desmigajar&#8221; a mano o con un cuchillo esta mezcla para romper las hebras muy largas.
