Lo bueno es que es muy f\u00e1cil de hacer. Nosotros preferimos utilizar un batidor de alambre. Se demora unos 20 minutos en espesar. Una vez que espese, dej\u00e9moslo enfriar unos minutos y llenemos las copas, vasos o pocillos en que prepararemos el suspiro lime\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras tanto revolvemos y vigilamos, preparemos un alm\u00edbar con el az\u00facar y el oporto, dej\u00e1ndolo hervir hasta que tome el punto de alm\u00edbar de pelo. Cortemos el alm\u00edbar y batamos las claras a nieve.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 la t\u00e9cnica, sin oporto, pero muy similar.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/KyXzq13ptGc?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=es-CL&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Una vez que las claras est\u00e9n a punto de nieve, sin dejar de batir, vertimos el alm\u00edbar sobre las claras en un hilo delgado y seguimos batiendo hasta que se enfr\u00ede. Para esto, lo \u00f3ptimo es utilizar una batidora de pie, no manual. Una vez que el merengue est\u00e1 fr\u00edo, lo ponemos en una manga y creamos una capa de merengue sobre la crema que ya debe estar un poco m\u00e1s fr\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, espolvoreamos un
