class=\"vitrina\">\n<h2 class=\"clear\">Ingredientes de las empanadas de queso<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>350gr de harina (2 tazas)<\/li>\n<li>80gr maicena<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 taza de leche tibia<\/li>\n<li>50 grs. de mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharada de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>sal a gusto<\/li>\n<li>Queso mantecoso en cantidades generosas<\/li>\n<li>Az\u00facar flor opcional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Cernir la harina.<\/li>\n<li>Derretir la mantequilla en la leche., y a\u00f1adir el az\u00facar.<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar todo hasta obtener una masa homog\u00e9nea<\/li>\n<li>Dividir en 8 parte iguales<\/li>\n<li>Amasar hasta obtener discos delgados de unos 20 cm. de di\u00e1metro.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" relleno<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Picar 250 grs. de buen queso mantecoso en cubitos de aprox. 1 cm. de arista.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" prepara &#8220;empanadas de queso y otra cosa&#8221;:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Picar (a lo largo) los palmitos de 1 tarro de 400 grs. y luego partirlos por la mitad, o tijeretearlos.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir 1\/2 cucharadita de merk\u00e9n.<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar con el queso<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Del armado<\/h3>\n<p>Como toda empanada.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Poner el relleno en el disco de masa.<\/li>\n<li>Humedecer los bordes con agua<\/li>\n<li>doblar sobre s\u00ed misma<\/li>\n<li>Sellar bordes, con cuidado para que no se escape nada.<\/li>\n<li>Fre\u00edr<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\"
