Necesitaremos los siguientes ingredientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>240 grs. de garbanzos cocidos (un tarro, drenado).<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de cacao en polvo<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de mantequilla de man\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de miel de abeja (para hacerlo vegano se puede usar \u00e1gave)<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas de aceite vegetal<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>4 cucharadas de agua, para ir controlando la consistencia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El m\u00e9todo no puede ser m\u00e1s simple. Todo a la procesadora de alimentos y molemos hasta obtener una pasta homog\u00e9nea.
