Esta receta es una adaptaci\u00f3n de la receta\u00a0del manual de curso de la escuela.<\/p>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n de las Moncaibas<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Cremamos az\u00facar, mantequilla y manteca vegetal por 10 minutos. Las disponemos en una lata de horno, dejando espacio porque aumentan de di\u00e1metro al hornearlas.<a
