Se supone que es una mezcla de vacuno, cerdo y ternera, pero en aras de la simplicidad, s\u00f3lo utilizaremos carne molida de vacuno.<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de pan rallado<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de perejil picado muy finamente<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de queso rallado<\/li>\n<li>1 huevo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Para la salsa de tomates<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cebolla blanca mediana, picada muy finamente o en su defecto rallada<\/li>\n<li>400 grs. de pasta de tomates, o 200 grs. de concentrado y 200 ml. de agua<\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo picado muy finamente<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de vino tinto, o de agua<\/li>\n<li>sal y pimienta a gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Para las alb\u00f3ndigas, mezclamos y amasamos bien todos los ingredientes. Le damos forma a las bolitas y las fre\u00edmos d\u00e1ndolas vuelta (lo que hacemos aqu\u00ed es mover la olla completa para que rueden y queden parejas).
