{"id":694,"date":"2011-08-08T03:56:40","date_gmt":"2011-08-08T07:56:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.duarte.cl\/?p=694"},"modified":"2016-05-09T12:03:33","modified_gmt":"2016-05-09T17:03:33","slug":"una-receta-de-mazapan-falso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/cocina\/una-receta-de-mazapan-falso\/","title":{"rendered":"Una receta de mazap\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aprovecho la buena voluntad de Angie para publicar una interesante receta de Mazap\u00e1n falso, que probamos en Ecuador.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-695\" title=\"Mazap\u00e1n falso\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.duarte.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/P1190592-520x390.jpg?resize=520%2C390\" alt=\"Leche condensada con leche en polvo\" width=\"520\" height=\"390\" \/><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Medio tarro de Leche Condensada<\/li>\n<li>Leche en polvo, cantidad suficiente (300 grs.aprox.)<\/li>\n<li>Esencia de almendras, aproximadamente media cucharadita de t\u00e9, dependiendo de la calidad de la misma.<\/li>\n<li>Az\u00facar flor, para evitar que se pegue la masa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Mezclar la esencia de almendras con la leche condensada.
