Obligado a hacerlo nosotros.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La verdad es que no es dif\u00edcil de hacer. Vimos que hay una serie de recetas en que la proporci\u00f3n de almendras con respecto del az\u00facar var\u00eda desde la mitad hasta el doble. Despu\u00e9s de varias pruebas y consultas a nuestros vecinos que nos ayudaron muy, pero muy amablemente probando las versiones experimentales y d\u00e1ndonos su opini\u00f3n, llegamos a esta versi\u00f3n equilibrada. De hecho, hay una historia muy simp\u00e1tica con nuestros vecinos y el mazap\u00e1n, que les contaremos al final.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes del Mazap\u00e1n de almendras<\/h2>\n<p>Son sus ingredientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 grs. de almendras frescas, peladas. <a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/tecnicas\/como-pelar-almendras\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Si no sabes pelar almendras, aqu\u00ed te ayudamos<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>100 grs. de az\u00facar impalpable. Seg\u00fan tu gusto personal puedes probar con cantidades entre 75 y 150 grs. de az\u00facar.<\/li>\n<li>2 tapitas de esencia de almendras<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada sopera de agua de rosas (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>1 clara de huevo. Para una versi\u00f3n vegana puedes reemplazar la clara de huevo por un par de cucharadas de jarabe de glucosa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Procedimiento<\/h2>\n<p>Una vez peladas las almendras, asegur\u00e9monos de que est\u00e9n bien secas. Esto lo podemos hacer en una licuadora o en una procesadora de alimentos. Aqu\u00ed hay que ser cuidadoso de no quedarse ni muy grueso ni muy fino. Una mazap\u00e1n con los trozos de almendra muy grandes se siente tosco, y si mueles mucho las almendras sueltan su aceite y se convierten en mantequilla de almendras.<\/p>\n<p>Una opci\u00f3n es ir pasando las almendras molidas por un colador y devolver a la licuadora o procesadora lo que sea muy grueso como para pasar por el colador. Mexclamos almendras, az\u00facar, esencias y clara de huevo y procesamos o amasamos a mano. A nosotros se nos calent\u00f3 mucho la procesadora de alimentos una vez porque es una masa firme. Es un buen regalo de cumplea\u00f1os o de navidad, y no es dif\u00edcil Eso s\u00ed, requiere un poco de tiempo de secado, y la espera es lo m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil.<\/p>\n<h2>La historia del mazap\u00e1n y los vecinos<\/h2>\n<p>Lo prometido es deuda: vamos con la historia de los vecinos y el mazap\u00e1n. Tenemos un vecino y amigo, llam\u00e9moslo F, que ama el mazap\u00e1n con amor verdadero. Tanto as\u00ed, que al llevarle mazap\u00e1n para que lo pruebe junto con su familia, le reparte a su gente una dosis homeop\u00e1tica y luego esconde el mazap\u00e1n para no tener que compartirlo. Lo interesante es que F tiene una hija, llam\u00e9mosla G, que hered\u00f3 no s\u00f3lo la sagacidad\u00a0del padre, sino que tambi\u00e9n su amor por el mazap\u00e1n. G se levanta en la noche, descubre el escondite del mazap\u00e1n y lo saquea.
