Nosotros usamos un poco de merk\u00e9n, usualmente.<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de s\u00e9mola.<\/li>\n<li>Aceite para fre\u00edr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El procedimiento es simple. Pelamos la cebolla y la cortamos en anillos, con cuidado de no romper los anillos al separarlos.<\/p>\n<p>Batimos el huevo, harina, polvos de hornear, sal y condimentos para obtener un batido espeso, con una consistencia similar a la de\u00a0los <a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/receta-panqueques\/\">panqueques<\/a>. Dispongamos la s\u00e9mola en un plato extendido, y calentemos el aceite a una buena temperatura para fre\u00edr (unos 180\u00b0C).<\/p>\n<p>Pasamos los anillos de cebolla por el batido y luego por la s\u00e9mola. De ah\u00ed vamos a fre\u00edr. Fre\u00edmos s\u00f3lo hasta que los aros de cebolla se pongan dorados. Luego los pasamos a un plato con servilletas, toalla de papel o algo para absorber el exceso de aceite.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3lo queda esperar a terminar de fre\u00edr todos los aros y com\u00e9rselos, por supuesto.<\/p>\n<h2>Variaciones de los\u00a0Aros de Cebolla<\/h2>\n<p>Como todo en la cocina, los aros de cebolla se prestan para una pl\u00e9tora de variaciones. Algunas de ellas son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cambiar la s\u00e9mola por harina de ma\u00edz.<\/li>\n<li>Cambiar los condimentos del batido.
