Ni m\u00e1s ni menos.<\/p>\n<p>[wp_ad_camp_1]<\/p>\n<p>Es usual comerlo en pan frica o en marraqueta, ya que el pan de molde no se presta bien a lo l\u00edquido de la yema de huevo, humedeci\u00e9ndose mucho y haciendo que el s\u00e1nguche en cuesti\u00f3n se desarme.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se dora la carne en la plancha<\/li>\n<li>Se monta sobre el pan caliente, idealmente uno que haya absorbido los jugos de la carne en la plancha<\/li>\n<li>Se corona con un huevo frito con la clara bien hecha y la yema a\u00fan l\u00edquida.<\/li>\n<li>Se tapa con la otra mitad del pan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Podemos recomendar con entusiasmo los chemilicos del Baquedano, en Providencia con Ram\u00f3n Carnicer.<\/p>\n<h2>El Porqu\u00e9 del Nombre<\/h2>\n<p>El nombre del chemilico es un miesterio. &#8220;Che&#8221; suena a argentino, &#8220;milico&#8221; le dicen a los militares en forma coloquial, pero por sugerente que sea, la verdad es que no tenemos idea del origen y significado del nombre de este s\u00e1nguche.
