La preparaci\u00f3n se complementa con hierbas amargas. Hoy en d\u00eda se utiliza r\u00e1bano, que no es hierba pero es amargo.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>As\u00ed hac\u00eda Hilel en el tiempo en que el Bet Hamikdash estaba en pi\u00e9; \u00c9l combinaba la ofrenda de Pesaj, matz\u00e1 y maror y los com\u00eda juntos, como est\u00e1 dicho*: \u201cCon matzot y maror los comer\u00e1n\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>*Efectivamente, en la biblia cristiana, N\u00fameros 9:11 dice:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8230;Comer\u00e1 el cordero con pan sin levadura y hierbas amargas.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Y aqu\u00ed tenemos un posible origen a\u00fan anterior para el sandwich.<\/p>\n<p>Ser\u00eda interesante remitirse a un sandwich Hillel original, si es que existe, o imaginar un s\u00e1ndwich de cordero en <em>lavash<\/em>\u00a0con <em>chutney<\/em>.
