Tanto as\u00ed, que en el uso un completo es en estos d\u00edas cualquier hot-dog. Uno para casa uno del equipo de Le-Fort.org<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Estrictamente, un completo es:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pan de hot-dog<\/li>\n<li>Salchicha vienesa<\/li>\n<li>Tomate picado en cubitos<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/mayonesa-tipo-fuente-alemana\/\">Mayonesa<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Chucrut o Salsa Americana<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cuando el pan est\u00e1 tostado por dentro y crujiente, la salchicha es buena, la mayonesa es de verdad y los ingredientes comparablemente buenos, es en verdad una muy, pero muy buena cosa, sea hecha en casa o comida por ah\u00ed en alg\u00fan local o carrito.<\/p>\n<h3>El Pan<\/h3>\n<p>Alejad de nosotros esos panes de hot-dog dulzones, fr\u00e1giles y artificiales. No: se requiere un pan de verdad. Lo ideal es que el pan no tenga semillas de s\u00e9samo, pero tampoco son un problema.<\/p>\n<p>Lo ideal para nosotros es tostar el interior del pan. Esto se logra con el pan partido y abierto. En general, a medida que se abarata el producto, la soya y otros componentes indescifrables se van ense\u00f1oreando de la salchicha. Es cosa de gustos y presupuesto, pero mientras mejor sea la salchicha, mejor ser\u00e1 el completo.<\/p>\n<p>Recomendamos poner las salchichas en una sart\u00e9n con muy poca agua y un poco de aceite, con la sart\u00e9n tapada. El vapor calentar\u00e1 las salchichas r\u00e1pidamente. Para dorarlas simplemente destapamos la sart\u00e9n y al irse el agua, se dorar\u00e1n las salchichas bellamente.<\/p>\n<h3>El Tomate<\/h3>\n<p>Fresco, maduro, idealmente no de invernadero, pelado, picado en cubitos (o si prefieres, <em>concass\u00e9<\/em>). Consideramos, s\u00ed, que la salsa americana es mas propensa a derrumbarse y puede redundar en una experiencia m\u00e1s engorrosa.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" mayonesa<\/h3>\n<p>Idealmente casera, s\u00f3lo de yema, para que quede consistente, no fluya, y contribuya a sostener a los otros ingredientes en su lugar.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\"
