La gorda es una salchicha como la vienesa, emulsionada,\u00a0 pero m\u00e1s corta y m\u00e1s gruesa. Es como una <em>Bratwurst<\/em> m\u00e1s corta.<\/p>\n<p>El pan es usualmente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/sandwich-fricandela-frica\/\">pan de frica<\/a>, pero tambi\u00e9n se la puede encontrar en pan amasado, hallulla e incluso marraqueta.
