Yo prefier usar pechugas, pero es cosa de gustos.<\/li>\n<li>2 cebollas cortadas en pluma y fritas<\/li>\n<li>3 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n<li>1 trozo de jengibre de unos 5cm.<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de yoghurt natural sin az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de comino entero<\/li>\n<li>2 hojas de laurel<\/li>\n<li>2 palos de canela<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharaditas de c\u00farcuma<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de pimienta negra<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de cayena en polvo (o a gusto)<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de clavos de olor<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas de menta picada, o el contenido de 3 bolsitas de infusi\u00f3n de menta.<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de aceite<\/li>\n<li>500 grs. de arroz Basmati (si no hay basmati, usar el arroz que haya)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Cortar el pollo en pedacitos del tama\u00f1o de un bocado. A\u00f1adir las especias, menta, ajo y jengibre picados, el yoghurt y sal a gusto. Retirar de la cocci\u00f3n antes de que est\u00e9 listo, a los 3\/4 de la cocci\u00f3n, aprox.
