Luego la Nena \u2013que trabajaba en un colegio\u00a0<em>soi dissant<\/em>\u00a0brit\u00e1nico\u2013 lleg\u00f3 con la primera desviaci\u00f3n de la norma: el &#8220;<a title=\"Receta de Pie de lim\u00f3n con relleno de Maicena\" href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/receta-pie-de-limon-relleno-maicena\/\">pie de lim\u00f3n de maicena<\/a>&#8221; cuyo relleno utiliza maicena, y no la reacci\u00f3n entre el \u00e1cido del lim\u00f3n y la prote\u00edna de la leche, para espesarse. Adem\u00e1s incorpora las yemas en el relleno, lo que permite no hacer mayonesa casera para aprovecharlas. Una ganancia o una p\u00e9rdida seg\u00fan se prefiera.<\/p>\n<p>Pasaron los a\u00f1os, y la siguiente versi\u00f3n en aparecer, de la mano de la Cuqui, fue el pie de lim\u00f3n que combina la leche condensada con leche evaporada batida. El relleno queda espumoso, y por lo tanto ya no es ese alud de az\u00facar que te cae encima con cada tajada.<\/p>\n<div class=\"linkses\">\n<figure id=\"attachment_6177\" extintos (porque se les olvid\u00f3 reproducirse) cu\u00e1queros. Extra\u00f1o\u00a0<em>a priori<\/em>\u00a0pero muy bueno.<\/p>\n<p>Entre medio, el\u00a0<a title=\"Receta de Lemon Curd, o cuajada de lim\u00f3n\" href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/receta-de-lemon-curd-o-cuajada-de-limon\/\">Lemon Curd<\/a>\u00a0o cuajada de lim\u00f3n en nuestra lengua es lo que probablemente intentaba emular el pie de lim\u00f3n de maicena pero en una versi\u00f3n menos pateadora.
