Algunos dicen que esta es la receta brit\u00e1nica aut\u00e9ntica, de la que la versi\u00f3n con leche condensada deriv\u00f3. El color es amarillo yema y no amarillo lim\u00f3n, pero no le contemos a nadie. Ser\u00e1 nuestro secreto. Existe una variante con leche en vez de agua.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<p>Supondremos que tienes tu masa de <em>pie<\/em> lista.<\/p>\n<p>Para el relleno necesitamos los siguientes ingredientes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 yemas<\/li>\n<li>Jugo de 4 limones<\/li>\n<li>Ralladura de 1 lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>2 tazas de agua<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas soperas colmadas de maicena<\/li>\n<li>2 tapitas de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>Masa de pie (una masa quebrada), o en su defecto una simple y excelente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/receta-de-pie-de-limon-sin-horno\/\">masa de galletas y mantequilla<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Opcional: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/la-ciencia-detras-del-merengue\/\">Merengue<\/a> de 3 claras con az\u00facar y vainilla, idealmente suizo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #2b2b2b;\">Procedimiento<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Disolver el az\u00facar, maicena, yemas batidas, vainilla , y jugo y ralladura de lim\u00f3n en el agua mientras se calienta, revolviendo o batiendo constantemente.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando hierve, bajar el fuego y revolver constantemente hasta que la maicena espese<\/li>\n<li>Cocinar dos minutos a fuego bajo.<\/li>\n<li>Verter la crema de lim\u00f3n sobre la masa previamente cocida, dejar reposar al menos 10 minutos<\/li>\n<li>Cubrir con el merengue, si se utiliza.
