Requieren, eso s\u00ed, m\u00e1s ciencia que un completo. La idea es enrollar una l\u00e1mina de tocino en forma espiral en la salchicha antes de cocinarla. Parte d ela gracia es el contraste de texturas entre la salchicha y el tocino.
