En Chile queda bien con corvina, reineta o similar.<\/li>\n<li>4 limones de pica<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de sal y una pizca de pimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida<\/li>\n<li>Un trozo de jengibre de unos 2 cm. en l\u00e1minas (despu\u00e9s se retira del plato)<\/li>\n<li>2 cebollas moradas cortadas en pluma, en tajadas delgadas<\/li>\n<li>2 tomates peque\u00f1os<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 aj\u00ed amarillo<\/li>\n<li>1 atadito de cilantro bien lavado<\/li>\n<li>4 limones de pica m\u00e1s<\/li>\n<li>Un buen chorro de aceite<\/li>\n<li>Chifles u otro acompa\u00f1amiento para servir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Vamos por partes en\u00a0la preparacion de este ceviche.<\/p>\n<h3>La cebolla<\/h3>\n<p>Comencemos por la cebolla. Hay un secreto al preparar la cebolla, y es lavarla tres veces y luego dejarla una media hora en el congelador. Lo que te digo tres veces es verdad.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>El pescado<\/h3>\n<p>Mientras la cebolla est\u00e1 en el congelador, limpiemos y piquemos el pescado en trozos peque\u00f1os, de unos
