Pensamos r\u00e1pidamente y decidimos pasar de la clonaci\u00f3n a lo que denominamos <strong>plagio fusi\u00f3n<\/strong>. En vez de <a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/hamburguesa-con-queso-tambien-llamada-cheeseburger\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cheeseburger <\/a>lo adaptamos a <a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/barros-luco-hecho-en-casa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Barros Luco<\/a> porque ten\u00edan una carne de churrasco maravillosa en nuestro carnicero amigo.<\/p>\n<p>Llegamos a casa, pusimos la carne a adobar en un poco de ajo y cosas varias, preparamos los<a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/aros-de-cebolla\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> aros de cebolla<\/a> seg\u00fan nuestra propia receta, y manos a la obra.<\/p>\n<p>Para nuestro <em><strong>Double Western Bacon Barros Luco<\/strong><\/em> necesitamos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un pan de hamburguesa<\/li>\n<li>150 grs. de carne para churrasco<\/li>\n<li>2 aros de cebolla grandes, aunque unos m\u00e1s no hacen da\u00f1o<\/li>\n<li>Una loncha de tocino generosa<\/li>\n<li>Dos l\u00e1minas de queso<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharaditas de salsa BBQ<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El armado es simple, pero con detalles.<\/p>\n<p>De abajo hacia arriba:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Parte inferior del pan de hamburguesa, tostada y con 1 cucharadita de salsa BBQ<\/li>\n<li>La mitad de la carne, hecha a la plancha bien caliente<\/li>\n<li>La mitad del queso<\/li>\n<li>La otra mitad de la carne<\/li>\n<li>La otra l\u00e1mina de queso<\/li>\n<li>La loncha de tocino, cocinada en la plancha, sart\u00e9n u horno<\/li>\n<li>Los aros de cebolla<\/li>\n<li>Parte superior del pan de hamburguesa, tostada y con 1 cucharadita de salsa BBQ.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Es una maravilla. Nada, pero nada que envidiarle al original, y adem\u00e1s nos da espacio para jugar con la carne, el queso y la preparaci\u00f3n de los aros de cebolla.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7533\"
