Es una delicia<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>An\u00edmate a prepararla porque es f\u00e1cil (pero un poco laboriosa) y muy buena e impresionante.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<p>Para la masa, los ingredientes son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400 grs. de harina de trigo<\/li>\n<li>240 ml. de agua tibia<br \/>\nNosotros preparamos la pizza pesando la harina y luego midiendo el 60% del peso de la harina de agua tibia. Nos funciona perfecto!<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de levadura seca, o un sobre de 7 grs., disuelto en el agua tibia hasta que produzca espuma.<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para el relleno:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 grs. de pasta de tomates, o una buena salsa hecha en casa<\/li>\n<li>400 grs. de queso mozzarella o equivalente<\/li>\n<li>35 rebanadas de pepperoni o salame, seg\u00fan sea el gusto<\/li>\n<li>Cualquier otro relleno de pizza que nos guste. Nosotros aqu{i utilizamos carne molida con cebolla picada, or\u00e9gano y albahaca.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&lt;!\u2013\u2013nextpage\u2013\u2013&gt;<\/p>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Vamos por partes: primero la masa y despu\u00e9s el armado.<\/p>\n<h3>La Masa<\/h3>\n<p>Disolver la levadura en el agua tibia y dejar reposar 15 minutos hasta que se vea espuma. Este proceso se denomina \u201cactivar\u201d la levadura.<\/p>\n<p>Equipar la batidora con el gancho de amasar. En el bol de la batidora, mezclar harina, agua con levadura, sal y aceite y batir por 10 minutos a velocidad baja.<\/p>\n<p>Hacer una bola con la masa, cubrir con aceite y dejar reposar en un bol tapado con film pl\u00e1stico por al menos 30 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Hacer 3 discos de masa del di\u00e1metro del molde que utilizaremos para esta torta de pizza. Nosotros usamos un molde de 20 cm. de di\u00e1metro. Esto deber\u00eda utilizar alrededor de 2\/3 partes de la masa.<\/p>\n<p>Hornear los discos de masa por 10 minutos a 200\u00b0C. No van a quedar completamente horneados, pero eso no importa. Reservarlos.<\/p>\n<p>Uslerear\u00a0el tercio de masa restante como si fu\u00e9ramos a hacer un pie, muy delgado y mucho m\u00e1s grande que el molde. Con esto &#8220;envolveremos&#8221; las otras capas de pizza. pizza.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora ponemos uno de los discos de masa medio horneados y repetimos el procedimiento: salsa de tomates, pepperoni (u otro relleno) y queso, y reptimos y repetimos hasta haber utilizado
