Mientras m\u00e1s amasemos mejor quedar\u00e1, por las fibras de gluten y esas historias.<\/li>\n<li>Dividir en 8 bolitas achatadas.<\/li>\n<li>Hornear unos 20 minutos a horno medio, hasta que comiencen a dorarse por arriba. Ya que los hornos difieren grandemente unos de otros, <strong>hay que estar atento y confiar en el ensayo y error<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Comentarios<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Las semillas son muy entretenidas. Recomiendo: s\u00e9samo, linaza, neguilla, alcaravea (con moderaci\u00f3n), an\u00eds (con moderaci\u00f3n)<\/li>\n<li>Especias en polvo: cardamomo, canela, quiz\u00e1 comino pero no para el desayuno.<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar avena o coco rallado en la masa es entretenido tambi\u00e9n.<\/li>\n<li>Aqu\u00ed hay una receta de pan negro, tipo Pumpernickel<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Una receta de pan r\u00e1pido, con polvos de hornear en vez de levadura, por lo que no hay que esperar que nada suba.
