Las compramos y se fue feliz, corriendo porque hab\u00eda terminado su trabajo del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>[wp_ad_camp_1]<\/p>\n<p>Luego convertimos las frutillas en mermelada r\u00e1pida, macer\u00e1ndolas en az\u00facar y d\u00e1ndoles punto en una olla. La mermelada r\u00e1pida dura unos d\u00edas, as\u00ed es que decidimos utilizarla r\u00e1pido. De ah\u00ed la casualidad llam\u00f3 nuevamente a nuestra puerta con una amiga cont\u00e1ndonos que hab\u00eda comido un cheesecake de frutilla maravilloso, y la decisi\u00f3n fue tomada. Era la hora del cheesecake de yogurt y frutilla.<\/p>\n<p>La base la preparamos con un bizcochuelo, no con masa de pie, y fue un acierto.<\/p>\n<p>Batimos un huevo con un tercio de taza de az\u00facar hasta que alcanz\u00f3 punto cinta. Luego le incorporamos cuidadosamente1\/4 de taza de harina y esta mezcla la horneamos a 180\u00b0C por 25 minutos en un molde reodndo de 27 cm. de di\u00e1metro. Obtenemos un bizcochuelo de un cent\u00edmetro y medio de alto que utilizamos para cubrir la base de otro molde de 22cm., m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o que el original, compensando as\u00ed la contracci\u00f3n del bizcochuelo al enfriarse.<\/p>\n<p>Vamos con el relleno.<\/p>\n<p>Batimos 3 huevos, 2 taza de yoghurt, 100 grs. de queso crema a temperatura ambiente y 1\/2 taza de az\u00facar hasta obtener una mezcla l\u00edquida homog\u00e9nea que vaciamos sobre el molde con el bizcochuelo, y llevamos a horno a 180\u00b0C por 45 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Dejamos enfriar toda la noche, luego desmoldamos y cubrimos con la mermelada r\u00e1pida de frutilla.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1A comer!<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7708\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7708\" style=\"width: 960px\" la siguiente:<\/p>\n<h3>Bizcochuelo<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 huevo<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 taza de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 taza de harina<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Batir el az\u00facar con el huevo hasta obtener punto cinta.<\/p>\n<p>Verter en un molde de 27cm. de di\u00e1metro aceitado y enharinado.<\/p>\n<p>Hornear a 180\u00b0C por 25 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Dejar enfriar y desmoldar.<\/p>\n<h3>Relleno<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3 huevos<\/li>\n<li>2\u00a0tazas de yogurt natural sin endulzar<\/li>\n<li>100 grs. de queso crema tipo Philadelphia (ah, la sin\u00e9cdoque)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>jugo y ralladura de medio lim\u00f3n (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>100 ml. de mermelada de frutilla u otra mermelada \u00e1cida<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Batir todos los ingredientes hasta obtener un l\u00edquido homog\u00e9neo.<\/p>\n<h3>Armado del cheesecake<\/h3>\n<p>Poner el bizcochuelo base en un molde de 22 cm. de di\u00e1metro, dejando el sobrante hacia arriba, como si fuera una masa de pie.<\/p>\n<p>Verter el relleno sobre el bizcochuelo y hornear a 180\u00b0C por 45 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Dejar enfriar, desmoldar
