batido en la sart\u00e9n, como saber cu\u00e1ndo est\u00e1 listo para darlo vuelta, y por supuesto distintas formas de voltearlos, desde el doloroso uso de los dedos hasta hacerlos volar por los aires acrob\u00e1ticamente.
