Fue un curso muy concurrido y lo pasamos muy bien.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Cupcakes, Muffins y Magdalenas<\/h2>\n<p>Siempre es bueno un poco de contexto, y comenzamos explicando la diferencia entre cupcakes, <em>muffins<\/em> y magdalenas desde el contexto hist\u00f3rico y de preparaci\u00f3n. Batimos az\u00facar y huevos hasta alcanzar punto cinta, y luego incorporamos la harina, polvo de hornear y otros ingredientes cuidadosamente.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez mezclados y puestos en sus preparamos <em>buttercream<\/em> para decorar.<\/p>\n<p>Fue un excelente curso que disfrutamos mucho. Como corresponde a un curso versi\u00f3n 1.0, aprendimos mucho sobre como mejorar el curso la pr\u00f3xima vez que lo dictemos.
